If you are in pain or have sustained a dental injury, call us and we will do our best to find you an appointment on the same day wherever possible.
We will also try to discuss your symptoms so we can offer advice on how to manage your dental problem in the meantime. You don’t need to be registered with us to be seen in an emergency.
Fail to Attend Policy
Once an appointment has been made at the practice it is the patient’s responsibility to keep that appointment. If you cannot keep the appointment then we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to re-schedule. If a patient Does Not Attend twice (or does not give us 24 hours notice) we reserve the right to close any open treatment plan which may result in a further charge if the patient is re-accepted. When 2 DNA’s (or late cancellations) happen the patient has a ‘STOP’ placed on their record and they then must contact the Practice Manager to give their reasons to be re-accepted.
